Julie Worley
Title: Director of HR Consulting
My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: I enjoy the relaxed Northern California lifestyle, centered on family life and the outdoors. Having so much to see and do – right in our own backyard – has made me proud to call Northern California my home. We are truly fortunate to live in such a great state.
Julie brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to HR Done Right. Throughout her career, she has held HR roles in retail and production environments and has spent the last 10+ years partnering with employers as an HR consultant. Her expertise includes employee relations, HR strategy, management training, and helping organizations build practical HR practices that support their people and business goals. As a consultant, Julie is known for becoming a trusted partner to her clients, helping leaders work through complex employee situations, strengthen their HR approach, and make informed decisions that fit their business. Julie holds four industry designations: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and the SHRM California Employment Law Micro-Credential. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has served as an instructor for the HR Certification Institute certification preparation course through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Julie is also an active leader in the Sacramento HR community. She is President-Elect of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA) and will serve as President in 2027. She has previously served as SAHRA’s President and Vice President of Professional Development and has served on the SHRM board as Professional Development Director. Why I Enjoy Providing HR Support: Every day in Human Resources is different and interesting. It is especially rewarding to take time to understand the bigger picture of an organization or department along with their unique needs and goals. Understanding each business that I work with allows me to “think outside the box” to assist employees, managers, and company leaders in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Title: Senior HR Generalist
My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: Northern California is home to stunning hikes, vibrant cities, and the Delta, which was where I spent much of my life. Now living in Sacramento, I love escaping to Tahoe for a change of scenery or relaxing with my family on the Bay Area rivers to cool off from the California sun.
Tyler brings more than 10 years of HR experience supporting employers across a variety of industries, including veterinary medicine, retail, and financial services. His areas of expertise include HR compliance support, the employee lifecycle, employee handbooks, HR assessments and Scorecards, and management training. He partners with employers to evaluate their HR practices, identify areas for improvement, and put practical processes and resources in place that support both employees and the business. Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from California State University, East Bay, bringing an analytical and thoughtful approach to his HR consulting work. He holds both the Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca) credential and certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Whether helping an employer strengthen its HR infrastructure, develop a handbook, train managers, or work through a complex HR issue, Tyler focuses on providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs. Why I enjoy providing HR Support: There is a real sense of fulfillment in helping a client work through a difficult situation and knowing you've made their workplace stronger or a leader's job a little easier. I enjoy being a trusted partner to business owners and leaders, helping them find practical solutions and build HR practices that move their organization closer to its goals.
Kimberly Parker
Title: Client Services & Operations Manager
My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: While I am originally from Chico, I have called Sacramento home for almost 10 years. When I am not at work, you could probably find my husband and I at a winery in Amador or spending time in Tahoe. We love being so close to our favorite places.
Kimberly brings more than 10 years of HR experience across manufacturing, staffing and recruitment, government consulting, and HR consulting. Her HR background includes compliance support, the employee lifecycle, and managing complex HR projects for employers with a variety of workforce needs. In her role with HR Done Right, Kimberly combines that hands-on HR experience with a focus on the overall client experience. She works directly with clients on HR matters while also supporting HR Done Right’s consulting team, helping coordinate resources, guide client projects, and ensure employers receive responsive, personalized support. Her role gives her a unique perspective across both the HR work itself and the broader client partnership, particularly when organizations are navigating transitions, building their HR infrastructure, or relying on outsourced HR support. Kimberly earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and a minor in Project Management from California State University, Chico. She holds the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) and Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca) credentials. Why I Enjoy Providing HR Support: I enjoy being there for employers during the moments when they need HR support most. Whether an HR professional has left unexpectedly, a company is building its HR infrastructure, or a client simply needs help figuring out the best path forward, I enjoy bringing the right people and resources together to help. Being able to support both our clients and our consulting team gives me the opportunity to make sure our clients feel supported throughout their entire relationship with HR Done Right.
